    TITLE: Measuring and weighing the Universe


    ABSTRACT: For the first time in history we are able to weigh and measure the true scale of the Universe with some accuracy. We will review the path that lead to these breakthroughs and highlight the significant surprises that resulted, leaving us inhabiting a cosmos we understand very little and filled with mystery.
